Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Safari Supper, operated by Naidihr Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 11416573). By using Safari Supper you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What Safari Supper is
Safari Supper helps a community organise a progressive dinner: you set up an event, invite households by sharing a link, collect replies, and the app works out a schedule so people move between houses for each course. Safari Supper is free to use for a community’s first year; we will always make any charges clear before they apply.
Your responsibilities as an organiser
- You and Safari Supper are joint controllers of the personal information you enter or collect (see the Privacy Notice). You are responsible for handling it properly.
- Only enter other people’s details where you are entitled to — for example, people who have agreed to take part. Prefer the shared group link, which lets people enter their own details.
- Honour people’s choices — including whether they’ve agreed to reminders — and remove anyone who asks not to be included.
- You are responsible for the safe running of your event.
Acceptable use
Use Safari Supper only for organising genuine community events. Don’t misuse it, attempt to access others’ events or data, scrape it, or use it unlawfully.
Dietary and allergen information
Any dietary or allergen information shown is provided by guests and is for information only. Safari Supper does not verify it and never asserts that any dish is safe. Hosts and guests must always confirm dietary requirements and allergens directly, in person, on the night.
Availability
We aim to keep Safari Supper available but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change or withdraw features.
Liability
Safari Supper is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of the service or from the running of your event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows when. Questions? Contact us at privacy@safarisupper.co.uk.
